The applicant organizations and project coordinators should register under the system before login. Registered users can use the system for electronic submission of application proposals, on-line management of approved projects and project reports.

• On-line registered the project coordinator?
  If not, please click Register Project Coordinator
  
  
• Received an email password after registration?
  If not, please click Forgot Password
